Wednesday Of Holy Week

For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the sprinkling of defiled persons with the ashes of a heifer, sanctify for the purification of the flesh, how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, purify our conscience from dead works to serve the living God. (Hebrews 9:13-14)

Assist us mercifully with thy help, O Lord God of our salvation,
that we may enter with joy upon the contemplation of those
mighty acts, whereby thou hast given us life and immortality;
through Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with
thee, in the unity of the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world
without end. Amen.

    May our minds and hearts give thanks for what You have done for us, O Messiah! Still our gaze at You, O Father! Combine us, O Spirit, through Your perfect vision!
